Adding Pictures/gifts in post?

Alright I keep seeing little animated gifs or pictures in the post here. And I was woundering how you add things like that, and do they have to be a certain size?

To add an avatar-- which is the little pic on the left under your name-- click on "profile" to upload a pic or choose from a list.

In the posts themselves, the little animated smilies code is found at http://www.mysticwicks.com/misc.php?s=&action=showsmilies

and to put a pic in a post, wrap [ img] and [/ img] tags around its url, without the spaces, or click on "Browse" and upload it as an attachment from your computer.

Thank you for the link, but when I click on the profile button I dont see anything to upload a picture. :wah:

K found it now I just have to figure out how to upload one :)

Oops, I forgot to say that it's profile, and then there's a link to "Edit Options." :) It's all the way on the bottom, and it does have to be smaller than a certain size, but I don't know what that size is. :)
