Question to MWs'

In order to be of more of a service to the MW community, what regular features on the Astrology forum would you like to read? What regular astrological forecatst do you believe would be of the greatest benefit for any visitors to this forum? We Astrological moderators would like to know so we can gear up for the service.

I know it could get a little complicated, but what about forecasts based on Rising signs and/or Sun sign decanates? I usually find that these two are more accurate when doing actual charts...for example, I'll give a decanate description for the Sun Sign. And a rising sign horoscope would be more accurate with the planets moving through the houses. I don't know...just some thoughts.

Kadynas, your proposal particularly concerning the rising sign, is the proper system to read one's chart. It is also the same system used in India, as the Sun sign is of secondary importance, and besides, one's Sun sign cannot be used as a delineation for the transiting planets in the several natal houses unless one is born with the Sun on the Ascendant.

The problem with your suggestion is the amount of time it would take to do an analysis for each rising sign, and then most folks do not know what their Ascending sign and degee is. Although it can be calculated in a short time. For those who are interested in finding their rising sign (Tropical Zodiac) and the ascending degree of that sign. They can PM me on this site, their birth data; year, date, time (specify daylight or standard time), and place of birth.

When I first came on line with the Astrology forum there was an attempt of amalgamate your proposal with the coming Lunar phases. Perhaps I could begin this service again, if there is sufficient interest. There was some interest shown however, but since I have discontinued it, there have been no inquries about it.

I think it would be helpful for the new ones if we had a planetary calendar, and a heads up on the important events like mercury retrograde etc...

Xander67, your suggestion for a monthly (or weekly) planetary calendar is well taken and I will incorporate it into the Astrological forum on a regular basis. Are there any other suggestions out there?

Xander: cool idea! It would be nice just to pop up the site and see what the stars up to! :D

Meth: I see what you're saying. It's just that Sun Sign horoscopes have always been kinda pointless IMO. Maybe you could have a link to figure out rising signs? But I like Xander's idea for the calendar...
