Energy for my knee

I haven't done a thread in this forum before, but I fell down some stairs a couple of months ago and have been in physical therapy since, and today I have to go to an orthopedic surgeon to see if I need surgery on my knee. I could really use any spare energy if its not too much trouble.

Thanks, the x-rays didn't show any fractures, which is good, but they are sending me for an MRI to find out if there is a soft tissue tear, because he did find "abnormalities".

great you live in Arizona! Go out and get some RAW Butter(different from normal butter) and keep eating. In my humble opinion the body was no particulary meant to be poked. The RAW butter will lubricate the area and facilitate healing far faster than surgery. Un-heated honey mixed with it would be even better if you're willing.

:hugz: and healing for you! I hurt my knee 2 years ago. It wasn't until 8 months after that I had a bone scan done and it showed a fracture in my knee. It never showed up on the x-ray.
Hope everything turns out normal and no surgery is needed.
