The up and coming last quarter Moon should prove to be very interesting, as is forms a Solar aspecect to Mars which will also be conjunct Neptune. However, a Sun to Jupiter aspect will be working a couple of days before the anctual 3rd quarter takes place. In summation all of this portends a time, while the Moon is approaching the 3rd quarter phase, of many things happening at once, and one's interests and obligations could appear to be out of control for a while. The actual 3rd quarter phase occurs on Nov. 8th at 07:22 EST. which for some of you will also be on the localty Ascendant -at sun-up. This will make the time all the more important as it will be angular from places where the sunrise is occuring at or about 07:22 or 06:22 CST. Mars/Neptune conjunctions are not an Astrologically affible association, as these two often portend a time of aggressive victimization, leaving one without many options to extricate themselves. Especially to be heeded is the (extra) impatience of the usual rush-hour traffic at the time of the 3rd Quater's culmination. Be careful. Those of you living in the UK or on 0 hrs UT meridian, not only will the 3rd quarter take place with the Sun on the local Midheaven but it will also be the midheaven for the Lunar chart for the Sidereal Solar Libra ingress. It should be interesting to see what transpires during this coming quarter Moon.
