Has anyone had this problem?
I've been able to travel in my dreams for as long as I can remember -before I even knew what it was. In the last couple of weeks I've been having problems with "flight speed" so to speak. (don't laugh! -i'm serous.) It's almost scarey. I'm traveling way too fast - too the point of crashing at or into my destination. And I'm going places that I have only a fleeting thought about. Just because I think about them doesn't mean I want to go there and I sure don't want to go there in 2.3 seconds. This has never been a problem before. Anybody have any ideas what's going on? Why am I suddenly not able to control my destination and speed? I hope someone can help. I know it's hard to believe but I'm actually waking up exhausted and sore. Please post if you have any ideas.

(I wasn't sure which forumn to post this in. If a moderator comes along please move this thread if there's a more appropriate place. Thanks.)

do you think the problem might be getting worse if you dwell on it too much? i find with my dreams, if im worried about having a knightmare, ill have one lol could be the same principle.
i hope you get it solved soon :)

heh! at least you can get out...

whenever I do manage to fly, its like im swimmig under water...

Abby, how are your thoughts in waking conscience, do you find mind filled or are you able to focus easily... maybe some meditation and/or concentration exercises would have a spill over effect in the subconscience as well....

your spirt seems to have alot of energy,

hey, its a good thing they dont give speeding tickets in the astral eh? :)

another thought, perhaps your spirit is searching for something?
