Well, one of my most very favorite places in the whole world, is Yankee Stadium. No, I'm not just saying that cause of them losing yesterday. I love the moment when I walk out of the tunnel to find my seat. The lights, or the sun, depending on if it's a day or night game. All the people. The green grass & those Yankee pinstripes. It's a feeling, well it's hard to explain. I just love it there. I never want them to move.

BUT, since I can't go to Yankee Stadium all the time :wah:, I do have another spot that I just love & funny thing is, I think it lead me to find Eshallet. There's a local park near my home. Lot's of trails, tributary's for the Mahwah river run through it. On the side of the "river" theres a large, old Willow tree. I love going there, especially when something is bothering me & sit next to it. It makes me feel better. I love listening to the sounds of the water going over the rocks, the breeze through the willows branches. I used to go there a lot a few years ago. Eshallet is a park ranger for our county, & we think that a few times, he passed by and said hi to me once or twice. Cause when I first met him, I told him he looked familiar to me.

Then there's about 2 spots on the Hudson River one where I grew up & the other where I live now. I love watching the waves come up & the boats going up and down the river. Winter time is great, because I live near Bear Mountain & the Eagles come to feed down on the river. It's an awesome sight to see a Bald Eagle in the Wild.

Man, this was wayyyyyyyyyy too long. I hate posts like this. Never can narrow anything down to just one thing.

I love waterfalls located in the middle of the woods...there is one in particular that I love the most in Catskill Park, NY! It's a heck of a hike to get there, but it's well worth it! There are two levels of waterfalls...at the top waterfall there is a huge lake at the bottom...the second waterfall leads to a beautiful stream. Last time I visited there I collected rocks for my water fountains.

My favorite place was walking out of the front door on a quiet night when I used to live in Orlando FL. I could smell the salt water in the air and see all the lights in the sky from all the amusement parks but I was also secluded enough that it was quiet and I could hear the crickets chirping...
I'll never forget it...

A local park called Annandel; a little bit of wilderness inside the city limits. The Mendocino Coast, the Olympic Penninsula, the Sierra Nevada foothills. I'm a mountains and forests and wild rugged beaches kind of guy.

you guys have nailed alot of my favorites already. the Dragonfly and i collect waterfalls (i'm a photographer) and we've seen over 250 here in the PNW.
my favorite photo subject is lighthouses (there's one at Tybee!), and Heceta Head here in Oregon is a beautiful place with a great lighthouse (and supposedly haunted to boot!).
and Aengus, the Mendocino coast IS magickal (i LOVE St. Orres!). we had our first honeymoon there. and we just had a terrific Lammas celebration in the Olympics.
Mt. Shasta and Broken Top in the Three Sisters Wilderness have a very powerful draw on me that i can't explain too.
but my absolute favorite place is our magickal garden. whether just hanging out alone, or working on the standing stones, or doing ritual for 100 people, it's just a wonderfully powerful place to be. we just did Samhain there, and i'm still flying!

Playing a show on stage. Being outside is a very very very close second... unless it's raining or snowing on me.

In order:

1. The top of my porch in my old house in Kemano (there was a little roof thing above the front door...my room just happened to be right there and I could climb out my window and sit on the little roof thing)
2. My house in Kemano
3. 'Big Rock'
4. The beach
5. This old run-down bridge that was on an old logging road or something.
6. My room
7. My grandma's cottages on a lake in Ontario
8. Being parked in front of my comp.

And I think that's about all. :D
