The first thing that caught my eye is the T-square in your synastry chart (and the corresponding one in your composite). Your Venus, his Moon, and your Saturn/his Mars.

He may find you a little too playful at times (Venus square Moon). But the attraction is definitely there, Thanks to that strong Mars/Venus square you have. There could be a tendency to argue, make up, and argue some more as you both have strong egos. You can be easily hurt by his strong approach at times. Luckily you both have the same determination and drives, so you have few if any conflicts there.

Watch carefully the Saturn/Mars conjunction in the intercepted Virgo in the 7th house. This'll need careful handling. Saturn here is going to be inhibited in relationships, which you both have some of. But with the conjunction to your Mars, his Saturn issues will flare up more often. He may try to control some of your more dynamic moods and ideas, while you are off being energetic. You both want to grow through your relationships, and don't appreciate stagnant or boring partnerships in which you might feel caged in. Expect some passionate discussions from time to time. It would be a good idea to channel your innate restlessness into activities that the two of you can do together, instead of dwelling on your relationship. Opposites often do attract, so this relationship is certainly workable if neither of you clings to your ways self-righteously. Learning from each other, and trying to strike a balance, will pay off.
