People that I'm very closed to aren't doing very good right now... I've known these people since... I don't know. Before I could walk.
The father, Bob, is an alcoholic. It has become increasingly worse over the years. Now, he has a heart problem, and the doctors can't do any surgery because of how damaged his liver is and they have to wait to do anything... sadly, my Nana says there's a very good chance he won't make it...
This is also bad because Kyle, his youngest son, needs a father. Kyle is kind of a 'mama's boy' and is afraid to leave his parents, and he's going into highschool soon, which is already hard enough. He has problems socializing and what not. He's the closest thing I've ever had to a younger brother. He really needs somebody there in his life. I mean, Shane(older brother) is old enough to the point where he can get on by himself, but I'm still worried about him. Not to mention, Gladys(his wife) is the nicest, sweetest woman, and I would hate for this to happen to her.
I've seen what alcoholism does... my dad came from a long line of alcoholics, and was raised with them, and even though he's not an alcoholic, he still has problems with coping and other things. I really wish that Bob(whom I'm talking about) lives and can start over again... and finally quit drinking. He's in a horrible condition, so please, send some healing energy to Bob and his family. It would be greatly appreciated.. thank you for reading.
