Dreams with Magic

I've had 2 dreams lately I've especially remembered dealing with magick; the first being a ritual with a goddess's invocation, where I was possessed. The second was dealing with magic I had by myself--it was just so easy to do the "love magic", and I was in training for something. I had a male teacher who awarded me with a gold thing..
ANYway, I was wondering if any messages are sent in these dreams or what. Do any of your magical dreams have to do with real life? Or are they just like other dreams, where it's just random..?

What she said. Freud believed that the unconscious spoke in symbols to help us deal with issues that were too painful or shameful for our conscious minds to deal with. Jung believed that the symbols came from the "collective unconscious" and have a basic meaning understood by everyone, but they also have personal meaning. The dreamer is the best and only true interpreter of the dream.

Well, I'll look at that link. I know that dreams are supposed to be a reflection of your subconsciousness, but I think usually mine are just a random reflection. I fail to see the meaning of turning into cartoon characters and going on a motorcycle race, for example. ^^; But I do agree that some dreams seem to be trying to address an issue like you all said. I'll look into the rituals.
