Well, hello there. My name is Mark van Dijk, and I'm 21 years old and from the Netherlands.I've been on MW for years now but was away for a long time. Finally back now, and re-introducing myself. I wrote this text to use on my own group stated in my signature, but with some modifications here and there I will be able to put it up on here as well. So here goes.
When I was about 15 years of age, I started my spiritual journey. I awoke from a sleep in consciousness, and figured out not everything is how it seemed to be. I started to understand what effects thoughts can have on situations, and how really only you are fully one hundred percent responsible for the life you lead. I guess I figured out how the basics of karma work. This was as exciting as it was painful for me to let go of things that no longer could be possible as a choice in life. I had to take full responsibility for what was happening: a drama in the years I grew up. I grew up living together only with my mother and though she loved me, she was always busy evading bad situations. However that always ended up in the bad situations coming to affect. That's as how far as I want to go, to give you the understanding my growing up process was very hard indeed.
During that time I developped my spiritual life more and more, because I just couldn't believed that if my mom seemed to hate me, my life would be useless. "I don't care if there is or isn't a God, the fact remains that I AM HERE and am a witness of life!" I thought. I also understanded that the more you break apart the idea of who you are, the more your understand that basically everyone is another aspect of the general idea called life. In other words, I really am another you, different from the surface but connected deep down, like a globe full of islands.
I understand that together we can fight old laws to bring in the New Laws of a New Age of mankind. I understand now that we the people will all rise as Beings that are capable of more than the mainstream life will tell us. We Are The Gods! ...but, a bit uneducated. Some are still a bit out of tune, most even are like an old harpsichord, but together we can make it. We cannot tune ourselves if we are not open to each other, because we have to tune ourselfs in synchronisity with the whole. We need to be honest, and vulnerable, openminded and we need to trust our existance. Only that way we can tune into the divine aspect that will lead us out of darkness and into the Light.
Now, you can still call me a healthy sceptic. Just because I talk about the subjects like channeling in the introduction, doesn't mean I lost my mind. Since my awakening I have studied a lot, heard a lot of people share their opinion and the latter isn't limited to people close to home!
I am convinced that channelings are the 'real deal', that so called "aliens" are all around our planet, that life is a mystery you made up as you are living it each day and that everything, *every thing* is possible.
We are all here to do our own thing, and the things a 'mainstream' life has to offer really isn't what anyone wants if given a free choice. Most people want to be loved, to be respected, admired and nurtured. Then why not start today? I found that a great, spiritual, exciting life of joy only can start with one thing:
To fully understand but yet to seek yourself, to love yourself and honor yourself, so that you understand that your part in the whole is as divine as the whole in general. That basically means, *stop complaining and start DOING*.
YOU CANNOT BE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE LOVED!
A great metaphore a channeling of an entity called Bashar once gave, is: If you look angry into the mirror and then shout to it that the mirror has to laugh, you will not be succesful. The mirror will wait you out, period. The only thing you can do to make the mirror laugh is: TO LAUGH FIRST. Only then will the mirror reflect what you intended, and because your perception of reality only is a mirror of yourselves, you have to change in order for the universe to change with you. So have curriage instead of fear, and dare to change yourself, vulnerable but with love in your heart. Dare to be who you want to be, by seeking yourself inside of your heart. Let the universe be the Divine God you are inside. Not just by being you, but by being the Light within you.
