Spell for finding a job

Ok, guys, I hate it, but we both agreed that we need this kind of help :(
My husband is looking for a job. He needs it really really BADLY, but I don't want to bore you with whining... It's urgent, and I ask you for help.
Do you know any effective, checked spells for finding an employment? We've done it before, the spell was really simple, and worked - for two months, then hubby was fired. But he needs a permanent job, a financial stability...

Perhaps you know what I feel :( And how he feels. Any spells, ideas, prayers, candles and thoughts are most welcomed. You helped me so many times... do it once more please!

Well I wrote this for a new home but it adapts perfectly to the job hunt.


Get a small green or brown cloth bag and get 3 different kinds of dried grains. get a lodestone or a magnet. Then make a list (preferably on unbleached brown paper you can even rip it off a paper bag) with all of the qualities that you want in a job. Place everything in the bag and hold it. Visualize yourself with the job and the extremely satisfied look on your face. carry it in you purse or pocket and periodically renew the visualization. Especially when looking for a job. When you find it. Empty out the contents on the ground and thank the earth spirits.

optional:
You can enhance this spell by pouring out some extra grains for the earth spirits or a diety of your choise. Ask them to bless the bag before meditating/ visualizing.



Also something that I do from time to time that I learned from an urban shamanism book is that I go to city hall and make an offering to the spirits of the city ass well as the founders. You then explain your problem in detail and ask for their help. It works for me.

This isn't a spell, but it's something that worked for me, so I thought I'd share it anyway :)

Write down what kind of person you want to be in your job. How do you want to feel every day during your work? What kind of people would you like to be surrounded by? How would you like to relate to them? What's the kind of clothes you would like to wear? And so on... draw as accurate a picture as possible, without details of the actual WORK you'll be doing, but focusing on YOU.

Then, write down a list of all the qualifications (if any) and positive qualities you'll bring into your new workplace. Anything goes - from being a nice and friendly person, to being a good listener, or being patient and exact, or impulsive and creative... Look over this second list before an interview; and during the interview, don't tell them why YOU need the job, but why THEY need YOU.
