okay.. i was just wondering if anyone could do even just a quick one-card reading for me soon. as of tomorrow, i'm putting my 2 weeks in @ my part-time job. >.< i'm looking for a new one as of now. :P

but, anyway... i was wondering how smart is this decision? or just a general reading.

i'll be willing to do a one-card for anyone that reads for me. mind you, i'm not skilled, i'm only a 17 yr old beginner. >.< but, i'll try my best.

What I'm getting from it is even though you're "breaking" free of a situation, it's not necessarily for the best at the present time. I than drew the Knight of Swords, as I got the feeling there was more there. Based on these two, I'm getting that you might have been feeling like there was no intellectual challenge, and that's something you need. Eventually, though not in the near future, the decision will work out, but be careful of upcoming difficulties.

Hey there. I read the post seemingly out of nowhere, and somehow felt intrigued (I was just studying my deck and needed to release some energy I guess).

So I'm going to do a itty bitty reading on your job thing right now. Ok? I know AnkhesenAset did one for you, but I felt compelled anyways :thumbsup: (maybe to expand on that knight of swords...)

(checked out your website by the way, had to get some you-type-vibes...:D very nice and I love the cat stuff!! :wave: )

I ended up doing a full 5 card pentacle reading for you, using my Faerie Tarot deck (it's a new one I'm learning now, different suits and such)

reading: you'rea rather sensitive person emotionally, and that sensitiveness is what's behind this change of yours. This cannot be avoided though; it's cause and effect. Also, you have very good ideas which may be working against you right now, the key here is *mentally* moving forward, and not worrying about what you've done. I'm seeing that it was a good move, and that your acceptence is what will push it forward. The last card was a good omen for this particular situation, so be on the lookout!

AnkhesenAset - the whole thing w/my job having no intellectual challenge is... wow. right on target. and i realize it's not very smart for me to just up & leave w/o anywhere else to go just yet, but i felt that if i didn't do it now & waited, i would end up staying,& i just don't want to stay there anymore.

lucidfire - you were right there on the emotionally sensitive thing. after something happened between a few managers & i, i was very upset, despite the fact that i knew it wasn't really that big a deal. i knew it was stupid to get upset, but that's just the way i am. >.< my emotional feelings ( & my ethics, in a way ) are definately behind this change because i didn't like the way the store was operated. and i didn't really approve of the way the people acted. very two-faced. that's why i didn't really enjoy working w/my mother this summer because that's how EVERYONE there is. btw, i'm glad you enjoyed looking @ my site, however... i realized that's one of my older ones. ( i have a habit of creating entire new sites whenever the mood strikes me ) if you want to see a newer one: here's one (http://www.emote.org/collective.corruption).

lucidfire - okay, while i was shuffling my cards, the four of cups popped out and i figured, Hey! Let's use this one. :)

the way i see it, is that you might have more than one job in mind, or being offered and you're not sure which is best. something else might appear later on maybe? that one might be better.

i drew another card to help clear things up a bit. i drew a seven of swords. it was drawn reversed and i'm thinking you might want to get some more advice on the job/money sitch.
