Well Rhyce and I have pretty much decided that we're going on a holiday to Kingaroy in Queensland, which is where his parents are living currently, they may be moving to Laos sometime in the future or even back to Perth, if the conditions of the pending job go the way Rhyce's father would like. Which means fly in fly out, from Perth, rather than living in Laos.

Anyway, we plan on going for about 11 days. Fly out of Perth either late Sunday 28th August or sometime Monday 29th August and fly back on the 9th September.

So far I'm failing to find cheap airfares. Qantas seems way too costly, even Virgin Blue doesn't seem much better. $1533 for Qantas and $1236 for Virgin Blue. But then I suppose it is for 2 adults. I suppose I've have to keep looking.

My fiancee, Rhyce. We're visiting his parents.

Only drawback, I think I need a credit card. At least for online booking and so forth.

Heavens, that's a lot of money! Are airfares always so expensive in Australia?

Well it is for two people return. You know I don't really know if its expensive or not, the last time I went on a plane, I was 8 and wasn't aware of what it cost to fly.

Yeah, you also need a credit card to book over the phone. :ggrief: Not a total dilemma, just got to talk to my dad, hand over the cash and get the credit card details.
