Being stupid again

Hi I was just wondering if anybody could tell me how to post a poll? I saw and clicked the post a poll but nothing happened. I've also looked for in the faq section but still nothing. Any help wouild be appreciated.

after you have clicked the poll option hit submit button at bottom it will take you to the poll for you to fill in the blanks.
