I grew up in a pagan\wiccan household, and I have been, prodded, and poked, cojoled, to write a book about it.. something to be more than just another "how to" manual.
But if I'm gonna do it.. i need a weee bit o' feedback.

I need to know.. what questions people have about growing up pagan\wiccan. Silly to Serious it's all good. Any and all curiousities are welcome. And in general, any other suggestions you may have.

Thanks a bundle in advanced, you can reply here, pm me, or email me at bratt@bobspoolservice.com

when you say wiccan do you mean it to say you are pagan, or in the religious sense that you attend a wiccan church or are a member of a wiccan coven or grove that is in fact trully wiccan..
these are things you will need to consider before you write it...publishers will ask you to be exact in your wording with reguards to the use of the term "wicca" as it is by definition the name of a religion within the pagan traditions...

Actually Xander, a quick look at the bookshelves indicates to me that most publishers (and authors, for that matter) don't know their arse from their athame. Or care for that matter. They just want to sell books, no matter how idiotic or inaccurate they are.

Back OT.
Questions that come to my mind about a book like that...
How did you FEEL about it as a child when you discovered your families religion was different? Did you think it was cool? wierd? embarrasing? How did you explain it to your young friends? Or did you keep it a secret? What problems did it create for you growing up? And just as important, what gifts and strengths did it give you?

Aengus

you are so right LOL

hey i have a question for you to ponder for an idea storm,

how did you feel the first time you casted a spell and the outcome was as you had hoped or better?

and also, was there ever a time you casted a spell and then the outcome made you wish you had never casted it???
