Ghost?

Okay, a friend of mine called me COMPLETELY freaked out last night around midnight or so because she thinks her apartment is haunted. She just moved in and nobody lives in the apartments around her but numerous strange things have happend around there and her boyfriend told her that he heard voices at like, two in the morning one night. I asked her what she felt when she felt like they were near but she said she felt scared but no negative feelings. Either way, she's freaking out and I really don't know what to tell her because I've never had a problem with them...any advice for her?

If she's feeling "freaked out" but not scared, she probably has nothing to worry about. Most likely her feelings of being freaked out are because she's feeling a little invaded. That's normal. If she's not scared by the things that are happening, there is probably no reason to be. She can do one of two things, get used to weird happenings, or she can politely ask the spirits to leave.
