There are oils called by the things that they do, but for weightloss,I believe healthy eating habits and gradually changing your lifestyle by far is the best method. Everyday you see ads for miracle pills, lotions etc guaranteed to produce weight loss. For many people that gives them an excuse to continue with the bad eating habits they have and think that the pill will help.

Except that's not necessarilly true in all cases. Some people are naturally obese or whatever.

The whole idea of magick is the creation of energy and the manipulation of that energy. If you write a spell for weight loss and you believe that it will work...if you send that positive energy out there...then what it does is it convinces your mind that you're going to lose the weight this time. And then you'll find yourself eating less, and becoming more active.
Try 5 drops of each of these oils in a bath.
Grapefruit oil
Lemon oil
Sage oil
Basil oil
The most important thing is to believe...Raise your energy up throughout your body and send it out. Everytime you feel like eating unhealthy, raise your energy again, and send it out. Stay strong :)

Someone told me to try eating two tablespoons of extra virgin organic coconut oil a day... and it seems to be keeping my metabolism up. It might be worth a try.
(But I didn't notice this was posted in the magic forum so that might not be what you're looking for.) :)

Unfortunetly, that simply isn't always the case. Certain medications, getting an injury, etc. are also linked to obesity. The vast majority of people don't care or just don't want to work out, I agree. But for some, that isn't the case. And you shouldn't judge someone by just looking at them. You never know.

I STATED, For Many People ! I DID NOT say Everyone! People with medical conditions can not help how they are.By the way I never JUDGE people based on LOOKS!(I can give you an example of the type of person this pertains to.It is just a process of changing their way of thinking. They come in and order an apple overboard dessert asap before ordering their meal and a diet drink because their sugar is low. Then they order a fried seafood platter that is really large enough for 2 people to eat or for two meals and have fries with it and a second diet soda. The better choice would have been a broiled sea food platter and have steamed veggies instead of fries with a diet drink and apple sauce as a dessert.)

Read what I wrote please! I said for many people. The Fast Food Generation! I did not say for everyone! I know this well that some people have disabilities and medical conditions that can not be helped! There are however a fast growing number of obese people from this Fast Food Generation! Making life style changes gradually curbing their eating habits could help and even prevent the weight gain.
Simple things like not eating after 6pm
Eating 6 small meals spaced out thru the day
Increasing activity like starting to walk 3 times a week
things of this nature will help people to lose weight gradually and even encourage them to make more changes every 3 or 4 months and make them feel better. Fad diets seldom work, and then there is the extra weight that comes from the failures.Gradual changes in lifestyle and the persons eating choices works.Just taking the steps instead of an elevator once or twice a week is a smal gradual change that works. Not everyone is supposed to be a size 6.Different people have different body frames etc.You can be a larger size and be healthy. The bottom line is to make peace with yourself and know your limits.Food is a fuel for the body, but we as a society use it as a form of pleasure. It is much better to have one oatmeal cake and get the craving satisfied than to deny yourself and end up eating more until you buy a box of oatmeal cakes and eat the whole box.

I tried the coconut oil thing, very expensive, and I didn't notice any change. Of course the web companies selling the stuff will all tell you why only their brand really works, the others not being pure enough, organic enough, fresh enough etc. etc.

...I know green tea is supposed to be slimming, as is drinking plantain tea before dinner (it reduces your apetite), but I wouldn't know how to use oils to get the same effect.
