That's it - I'm addicted. I sprinkled some on my soup earlier at the stove and when I sat down to taste it, I realized it could use a little more. Well, lucky me, I had a second shaker *here* at my desk.

Is there a twelve step program for spice blends?

Do you buy the spice blends mixed already? I have made my own before but they are usually herbs only.

Hm, if I had to make an herb / seasoning blend on my own, it would be salt / pepper / garlic / thyme. I loooove the savory flavor of thyme, a little bit peppery. I put it in almost everything.
