Okay, my fiancee Rhyce is under a fair bit of stress from work, actually he's seriously thinking of looking for another job. Currently where he works, full time in the dairy department of a supermarket, they are understaffed, but still expect the same turn over and completion of stocking shelves and presentation at the end of the night as would be if they had the full number of staff in that department. Thing is they don't seem to be doing anything about it. And it seems that all the blame is falling to one person, my fiancee Rhyce. Even though he's not the only person working in that department.
So I'm wondering if you could all pass on a little energy his way, as he's not dealing to well, stress wise, which doesn't help his depression, as loosing his last job back in August 2003 is what caused his depression to become really apparent back then.
I really don't want to see him go back to that stage in his life, I'm not saying the stress will drive him to cutting and suicidal tendancies, but I just worry he's likely to quit if it gets too bad, before he can find another job. As everything has just begun to look like it will fall into place for us. (it looks like we'll have a place to move into around mid October, we're currently not living together) We really don't need something like that to mess it up.
Bendithion, (and thanks in advance)
