Does anyone have any info on Abei no Seimei (a.k.a Hauraki Abei) and the religion of Onmyo.I know it japanese based religion and some refer to Abei no Semei as the Japanese Merlin.I know he has a shrine in Abeno-ku,Osaka and another shrine called the Seimei shrine on Horikawa Avenue in Kyoto.
I am just interested in the beliefe of Onmyo and the Life of Abei no Seimei any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I have some links that can help you out :)

Oh, and if you've had trouble finding anything it's because you need to take the i off of Abei, make it Abe No Seimei. If you do that you'll get TONS of links on google.

Also, for Onmyo you might try Onmyodo or Onmyo-do and for related things try Onmyoryo and Omyoji. That's all I have at the moment so I hope it helps :)

No problem. I wish I had a little more info. but you might have more luck with books than the internet. But good luck :)

Also, just for the fun of it, you might want to catch the movie Onmyoji. ;)

It's been played on the Showtime network. You can buy it on Amazon, and probably some larger movie stores (I bought mine in Sam Goody).
