I've only worked with those systems in passing -- nothing too in-depth. The trouble I've had is that both subjects require a gross amount of research and study before one can perform even the most basic rituals; this means that it is harder to find resources with which to satisfy oneself if he is only mildly interested. I think this is because one can only come to understand these traditions and their teachings rather cyclically: he must learn of many basic concepts before being able to grasp the weightier subjects, but at the same time those basics are so deeply rooted in the mystical that some understanding of the 'big picture' is required.
Then again, I'm just rambling. I have worked with some of the Thelemic rituals set down by Aleister Crowley which have roots in Enochian and Goetic magic.
