I have just read a very interesting article that I would like to hear opinions on . If you have the time read about a 12 year old girl Tempest Smith.

Poor Tempest. That age is almost unbearably hard without being persecuted for your religion.
I think the kids should feel guilty, but I don't blame them. They're just kids, after all, and children are foolish,
and cruel, sometimes without even realising it. What bothers me is the report the Tempest had told her teachers
about the harassment, and nothing was done. Perhaps if she had felt she had an ally, or somewhere else to turn, she wouldn't have taken such a drastic step. I would place the blame on the teachers who are supposed to be responsible for our children while they are in their care. I would blame teachers who too often look the other way when they see a child being teased, or, perhaps because of their own religious beliefs, feel she was getting what she deserved. It's a tragedy that repeats itself over and over again, and every time it happens I think a part of all of us dies too.

Carmilia thankyou for reading this and responding. This is astory that you do not here about in the papers that much. Is this 300 years ago when people were accused of being wtches and killed.
This was something to think about , the poor girl who inocently took her life.
