Never done it, never seen anyone do it though I have many friends who working very hard at it. My personal opinion is that anything is possible and if we can use or will in spells to effect outcomes in life then why shouldn't we be able to use it affect matter?:)

Telekinesis has always been a subject that interests me, and there are definitely people who can do it. I'm still looking for websites with more info on it, if anyone has any urls, post them here please!

My ex-brother-in-law can move small objects with his mind. He's the only person I know that can do it, but like someone earlier said, the only limitations we have are those we put on ourselves.

when i was with my ex....
if he called me and pised me off....suddenly something around him would fall or break.....not sure if that was telekinetic or just a coincidence.....
but it was basically every time he pissed me off....lol....he started to watch what he would say...since he worked in kitchens around big knives....

I have always been interested in this, and have had a few encounters with it. When I am envoking energy, things sometimes move or fall. Very interesting.

Telekenesis is real, my friend yelled fall at his dad and his dad fell and chipped his tooth when they were in a fight...his mom can move pencils with her mind and other family members.
Some people just don't have a gift for telekenesis. I'm better at telepathy, while somebody else is good at astral projecting, and their best friend might be good at dream interpretation, and their aunt might be good at Tarot Cards, and her husband might be good at Runes.....

I'm always hesitant to share this because I'm not sure what it is but I will anyway for feedback purposes. When I was a teenager, every single time I got mad, stuff would fly off of walls, shelves, counters and smash to the floor. My mom was so scared she sent me to live with my dad, but it stopped around the time I graduated from high school. Also, at a wedding last summer I was trying to get my mom to look at someone who was about to walk out of view and I said, "right there, right there, right there!" and the woman fell flat on her face right on the spot. And, my mom swears I stopped a truck once by pointing at it. Okay, thought I would share.

It's my understanding that teeneages going through puberty are more likely to have telekinetic experiences. The theory is it has something to do with the way the brain develops. My feeling is that everything in the universe is made up of the same energy. We have a system in place to control the energy of our bodies using our minds. All organisms do. Maybe sometimes, that system either breaks or is changed, or in the caser of puberty, grows faster than the system it is contained in, and controling the energy of objects is possibe. Just my opinion.

When I was in kindergarten, there was this boy that I had a crush on. We got in a fight over a toy I think during play time and we were building a robot out of plastic parts my teacher had. The arm of it was right over his head. It had like a stopper thing under it so it wouldn't fall. I got up, went and got a bathroom pass, and went out into the hallway. I looked at the arm of the robot and said "fall" in my head really loud. Next thing I knew, the arm had fallen on his head. It scared me to death. I think I repressed that ability. Now it only happens when I'm extremely angry or upset. I have holes in my bedroom wall to prove it. Anyway..thats just my contribution :)

My thoughts? Through meditation, practice, and study I think it's very achievable.

I think its most definately achievable and possible, i am practicing it, as i have had an interest in it all my life, and not until now have i had the time and will to practice it. Unfortunately, i have not been fortunate, or unfortunate enough to witness it.

I agree that it's achievable and a skill that can be developed through meditation and practice if one has a strong desire to accomplish it.
Of course, I do find that I tend to spill, drop and knock things over, stub my toes, bump into stuff, etc. when I'm thinking negative thoughts..........

I am having second thoughts myself on this though because after reading another post on telekinesis, a few people have put up a pretty negative argument on why not to do it, for example.
I would do it for the self discipline it requires, and for energy work.
In another post they said A) It is using energy for fun, and not for serious business, and energy is not unlimited B) There is no practical use for it other than discipline or fun
... this is where i'm puzzled :(

Energy Get's Restored!
Im Telekinetic and telepathic.....
I can control it pretty much, heavy items I can move if im mad or sad.

I think it is possible. Now whether everyone has the ability to develop it or not I don't know. I've never been able to do it and unfortunately am not disciplined enough to put the work into it. Sometimes I wonder if when pissed I have super human strength or some kind of explosive ability. Something always breaks even if I'm not trying to break it. I once tapped on a window (and no I didn't hit it that hard....) and it just exploded outward. Much more than what should have happened if I had really hit it hard. It didn't even hurt me. No cuts or scratches on my hand at all. Oh well that was off topic..
I know that I have some mild telepathic ability but do to not having anyone to practice with it remains pretty much untrained. Oh well maybe one of these days I will get the will power to meditate and train and see if I can learn telekinesis.
Energy replaces itself and you never know if it may be an ability you'll need at some point in your life. I say they are just jealous and ignore them. If you've got an ability it's better to learn how to control it than ignore it.

I personally feel that everyone is capable of all such gifts. The average human uses around 10% of their brain, and look what we can achieve with that!!! The 6+ senses reside somewhere in that other 90%, and some people are able to tap into it, and some not.
I feel that the older we get, the harder it is for us to tap into those regions because there is more cynicism and general negative energy retained with each year, which is why I believe children and younger people are better able to tap into it.
As for such abilities to not be used, that is pure bs. Sure, you could have a lot of fun with it, or even use it for ill-gotten gain, but the same is true with something as simple as intelligence. Think of all the wonderful, positive things it could be used for, such as a person struck and pinned by a car, etc. I say, if you got it, use it.

If you train your telekinetic Abilities , at some point if you don't stop for a time you will have a break down, I've heard.!
I think if a person says to not use the power(or energy) they're just jealous they cannot do it.

Boy-Blog, i strongly disagree with your last post. You claim that "I think if a person says to not use the power(or energy) they're just jealous they cannot do it." I have this ability to a certain extent but i find it useless, and i do not like to use it, which is why i don't use it. Yes, many people can use it, many people can't, but overall it is a practiaclly useless skill. What would you use it for, to make you lazier? You would make the remote fly to you so that you don't need to get up. The extent that you would need it in order to save someone or something would not be worth training it for; i think too many people have seen star wars and then think they can do the same...

By the way, the 10% of the brain we use is not true, it is a myth, i have a website somewhere around here.. Anyhow, scientists KNOW what 10% of the brain does, they KNOW that the other 90% of the brain do things, and they have seen them and tested them doing things, but they cannot identify what those functions are..

I discussed the brain issue before, but can't find it right now.
Thus, the debunking of the 10% usage of the brain:

Very interesting thread! I've always been interested in telekenesis and other forms of "energy use" for lack of a better word. I think pretty much anything is achievable, the thing is, you have to believe you can do it. The power of your mind and will are very powerful, if you truly believe you can do something... You can!

I'd say scientists know alot more the 10% of what the brain does, but true, not everything is known down to the letter.
I'm pretty skeptical about telekenisis, I've never experienced it, seen it, or done it. I do believe that anything is possible, however the probibility of it happening are another thing intirly.
