Ello,
Well the other day i had my first reiki experiance as well as reflexology. I was at my SO's place and woke up with a killer migrain he looked after me, took me inside tucked me in, gave me meds checked in on me he was being so sweet :hearthear (it was a party so we were in tents outside) after a while it was subsided enough i went up stairs took some more meds then his mum fixed me, she decided she was going to give me a reiki treatment and then gave me reflexology as well and BAM i was better. no more pain, and she fixed other stuff that was wrong as well. apparently all my chakras are in balance and functioning as they should be. but yea it was amazing, it ws just bam and i was better, and i get extreme migrains so when i say its barable and i can function that means most other people cant function at all. so yea that was my first and it was amazing
