I just heard such sad news earlier. It seems, one of my idols, a great writer and all around wonderful guy, Ken Kesey died. I got an email from a friend a few days ago to send energy & prayers, he wasn't doing so hot and now my "soul-brother" Rainbow Warrior, just informed me he's passed on to Summerland.
I will miss him. My favorite book by him, was "Sometimes a Great Notion." A long, sad story, but beautifully written. It made a great movie too, with Paul Newman, but I'm sure most everyone has heard of "One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest" which was an awesome book & movie itself.
I bet when Ken got there, he was greeted by Jerry & Neil. Both of whom said: where you been brother?
