have to decide on new house today!!!

Greetings all~*~
We have the option of moving to a beautiful older, fully restored home within the next month...we have first refusal on the house, there are 3 families waiting in line. Currently, we have a small fixer-upper on 2.5 acres in the country. We've lived here for 6.5 years and have accomplished a lot...but my husband is handicapped and we are tiredof the never-ending to-do list. We have a family who is interested in the country house, on a rent-to-own program...and the monthly payments are reasonable so it's a win/win for all concerned. And my dream of being able to walk to the ice cream shop in town comes true!!

I drew the Knight of Pentacles for you. Knights represent taking action. This particular one is along the financial avenues. I would say that it's a good, stable, practical investment.

I don't know what the hold-up or hesitation is...the new house is perfect. The first floor is wheelchair accessible even...so my hubby can take a break from his crutches. And the family who wish to rent from us are a couple of witchy-women and their 2 children...2 boys actually, who love the pond.

I like the parting ways ritual...and then we can have a house blessing for the new place. This feels good, I am just going to take a deep breath and go for it.
