Hello, I was wondering if anyone could look at the compatibility between these two charts.
I don't know very much about Astrology but it really interests me.

Thank you. :hahugh:

A pretty explosive combination, I'd say!

First off, we look at the Suns (that's the usual - "I'm a Capricorn, which signs do I get on with?" question). So, do Cappies get on with Aries? It's not a conventional match, but I know Cappie/Aries couples, one of whom has been very long lasting. Capricorn is hard working and serious usually, and Aries is dynamic and out there and a bit impatient. Your Suns are "square" (right-angles) to each other, which suggests a few fights - Capricorn shakes her head and goes "tut, tut" at all that do-what-I-want-and-don't-give-a-damn Aries energy. But Capricorn can rein in that headstrong Aries - which can be a good thing!

Now look at Venus and Mars. Your Venuses are exactly opposite each other - yours in Scorpio, Nairou's in Taurus. The Taurus Venus is happier than the Scorpio one generally - Venus rules Taurus.Your Venus is absolutely slap-bang on his Uranus. He has a pretty explosive Uranus/Venus/Mars combination, and you'll be triggering that off. Can you handle the fall-out?

OK, what about Mars - your Mars is in Libra (again, not an easy placement), his is in Leo so your Marses make a nice angle to each other. But his Mars makes a square to your Venus - again, possible conflict.

Juno, the planet of marriage - again, yours is square to his.

Oh and your Mars - sitting on his Pluto. Now that is explosive stuff!

So are all these squares in your charts a bad thing? Not at all - it's better to have contacts between planets than no planets, even if they're squares. But this isn't going to be a nice fluffy easy ride, but more of a rollercoaster. However, with your Aquarius Ascendant and Uranus on the MC, you'd probably rather like that! However, if you move in with each other, your neighbours would appreciate it if you either buy a detached house, or one with very thick walls!

Hmmm... I guess that feels very weird to me becasue I've never been serious or very hard-working. The only thing I really hardwork is my realtionships with other people... huh...

What kinds of conflicts to the conflicting planets cause? Would they be certain types of issues? Like the Mars, being a nice angle but what does a Mars squaring Venus ahve the oppurtunity to cause? Does that question make sense? WHat would a squared Juno do, what does a square do?

And my Mrs is sitting right next to my own pluto with my Moon all squashed in there, so I guess I'd be used to that at this point.

Squares tend to be challenges. So whereas a 120 degree angle between planets (called a "trine") flows easily, squares need work. This relationship would be hard work, but potentially rewarding.

Usually in "synastry" (that's looking at two people's charts) we look for contacts between Mars and Venus. If there are none, it doesn't bode well. If there are contacts and they're trines, that means the relationship feels very comfortable and there is a strong attraction. If there are contacts and they're squares, it means the relationship can be hard work, but there is still a strong attraction. Juno is like a kind of Venus - so the same message.
