a question about past lives....

I wasn't sure which board to post this question on, but anyways here goes...

I heard somewhere that there is a way to find out about your past lives, if you've had any... and i was wondering if anyone knew anywhere i could find this... i dont remember exactly what the "reading" was called, but i was very intrigued about this... and if anyone here could do this, or point me in a direction to get this done, I would love to find out...

Autumn_Joy : most people I know reach past lives through meditation or sometimes recurring dreams. Also you might feel flashes of deja vu or "something familiar" which could hint at a past life. The truth is it's really hard when learning about past lives to figure out if it's your imagination at work or if it's really a past life. I would doubt anyone who told you they can remember 'all their past lives' or anything - usually we remember part of a past life because it helps teach us something in this life, or helps us with a problem in this life (for example, I was reading about a woman who accesses a past life where she was a seamstress while making halloween costumes). You might get little flashes but it might also take awhile. Some people just can't access past lives.

I know people that do past life readings: I've never had one done, & don't know the exact process, but I know it's done. I also knew a fellow who did past life caricatures... but everyone came out looking kinda like Cleopatra... :bad: :lol:

The first friday in November I went to a group regression session at a semi-local metaphysical store.

It was very interesting. I was a male named Jonas.....and working with wood was my passion/obsession...pictures/furniture, etc...but I was a very lonely person my entire life. I was raised in a warm cozy cottage and in the kitchen, the cupboards had no doors, I could see the jars filled with food and covered with cloth....tied over the opening.

Very interesting.

Ive only had flashes here and there and felt that they are from one past life, my most significant one.. but cant really get a name, place or sense of time...
But one of my friends regressed for me (shes a professional medium) and she saw me as a young boy on a snowy mountain top looking down over a small village, where everyone was in church... thats all she could tell me, it was strange because the room immediatley became very light and I did feel a chill before she started describing the mountian top! :)

Im going to give the excercise a whirl tonight :D Thanks for taking me through how to get to the page :)

A Pagan friend and I once spent a few moments in a past life where I was a young lady (early to mid teens) married to a knight who caught me scrying in a mirror and chopped my head off :)

Dagda, thats really cool, i still havent had enough quiet time to sit and try the regression excersize that was on that site ya showed me... it sounds real interesting. Now i just gotta get it quiet around here... lol

Actually it was really cool (at least regressing into it was) because I could actually feel the sword in my neck in a way - it's like remembering a physical thing that happened... it was very neat.

i've tried pass life regression before but i have a hared time telling if its my imagination or wishfull thinking or real, although i'll ocasionally experience strong deja vu's like when i first met my fiancee it was like i'd know him all my life he just seemed really familiar. also i have a destinct memory of riding through a desert and i've never been to any deserts.

Ive met someone who feels familiar also..... he has guessed my magick name before i ever told him... both of our b-dates and the day we met add up to either 10s, 8s, 6s, or 7s....... its so amazing! Meeting him has directed my path in a whole new direction! Definatley, it is fate.... some way some how..... we know we are connected on a different plane of existance... possibly a past life.......
