I just wanted to say hello!
I started to study Wicca not to long ago and I look forward to asking Lots of questions (LOL). Actually, I found out that I have been doing spells almost all my life, funny that all the things my mom(who is Christain) has tought me are really just named differently then the spells that I have read about. Funny how life is isn't it? Blessings Be. I look forward with talking to all of you.

Refering to similarities of what mom taught you and spells.
#1: Moms are Goddesses so what wonder ?
#2: Christianity and Wicca are like cousin religions. They have the same parents - although i might get flamed for this statement, lol
#3: many spells are related to "general wisdom" and "usual phenomens"

I love it here! everyone is so friendly. This is great. The thing about Mom's being godess is very true, mine is my best friend. And I think that you are right about Christainty and Wicca being cousins.Although I personly know some people who would love to fry me for saying that. Well, Thanks again for such a warm reseption.

I'v enoticed that about christianity, too. I think a lot of most major religions have "magic" of some sort. . . it's just whether they call it magick, worship, prayer, etc. But they all have similar ways hehe ^_^ small world
