Has anyone heard or seen what has happened to Pascagoula? I'm watching the news non-stop but haven't seen anything. I have numerous family members there and ,of course, can't get thru on the phone as I'm sure phone lines are down...

i hope your family is ok. i am currently talking to a friend that was in neworleans he got out ok i think alot of people did. he said the traffic was terrible and he is currently near texas a&m university. i heard reports that bolixi did not fair well i can only hope that the freinds that i had there growing up are alright. i odnt know about the rest of the state

:huddle: It is just taking time! The Red Cross called my co worker today while we were at work.They found his mother (who is elderly) safe and sound for the most part.Many of us gave a huge sigh of relief for him.I went to the restroom and shed a tear of joy.He is the strong silent type but confided in me just how scared he was about it.We all tried to do our parts in helping keep his spirits up.I pray you hear something soon.My other friend and his pregnant partner finally got a call thru to let us know they are ok and in a town close to Texas border with some relatives.They somehow made it out of New Orleans. :huddle:
