This spread can help you attune to your deck and strengthen your connection to its inner energies. Within each set of three cards, the first card represents what you as the reader bring to the tarot, and the second card symbolizes the energies of the deck. The third card suggests the way the two work together.
At the same time, each set of three cards represents a basic elemental force in the tarot. Cards 1-3 show the earthy, grounding energies, while cards 4-6 symbolize fire and action. Cards 7-9 represent the intellect and air, and cards 10-12 emphasize water and emotions.
Good luck and let us know your results! ;)

The Star of Aquarius spread allows us to examine our healing needs. The first card sets a focus, while cards two though six expand upon it. Ask these questions as you tun each card:
1.FOCUS: What causes me the most pain? What is my priority in healing? Where do I begin?
2.STRENGTHS: What are my inner strengths? What are my resources, gifts, talent? What do I need to nurture?
3.SELF-UNDERSTANDING: What are my beliefs? How can my current insights start the healing process?
4.OBSTACLES: What obstacles to healing do I face? What situations in my past block my growth?
5.ADVICE: What concrete, creative action can I take to support my healing?
6.OVERVIEW: Howdoes my healing relate to a larger picture? What does my pain tell me about the story of my life? What will I gain as a result of healing?

8.1.9
(the one actually goes between lines 6/7 and 8/9 without interrupting the spacing of the vertical lines)
Each card represents a karmic component in our lifetimes. The left column signifies concepts we have learned in a past life, while the right column represents concepts w are to learn in this life.
The first card serves as a focus for the spread. Then we move to the top and progress downward. The four levels of the spead stand for the awareness of body, mind, and spirit, with the lowest level representing the major lesson of each lifetime. These levels, read from past to present and added to the central focus card, combine to form a spread that can put us better in tune with the karmic ideals we are here to carry out.

This tarot spread more clearly defines different facets of a situation.
First, choose a focus card that represents the issue for which you seek an explanation. Then lay down three cards avoe it. The first card suggests the illusion that you perceive in the issue. The second card shows the true reality. The third card stands for forces at work in the situation, which will eiter help or hinder you.
The single row of three cards can also be expanded into three rows of three cards--past, present and future. The versatility of this spread lends it to a great many topics, including roomance, business, and spiritual issues.

This spread is ideal for brining to light the issues, situations, and energies that you will deal with during the next lunar cycle. It can also be adapted to check the growth and development of creative or business projects.
The spread should be performed on the date of the New Moon each month. Each card represents a week in the lunar cycle, from one aspect of the Moon to the next.
1. New Moon--beginnings
2. Second Quearter--progress
3. Full Moon--manifestation
4. Fourth Queart--reflection
5. New Moon--completion; new beginnings.

Majors Only; I prefer to use one of my major decks rather than shuffle,
cut and bypass the Minors, laying out only the majors.
This one is laid out in the same pattern as the first six cards of the
'Celtic Cross'
...5
4 1 6
...2
...3
Position 1: Manifestation of present life's goal
Position 2: Vehicle to express goal
Position 3: Deep past; most prominant life with unresolved issue
Position 4: Recent incarnation causing fear or unexplained reactions
Position 5: Current potential, progression or waiting. (Compare with
Position #3.)
Position 6: Outside influences. (What the Fates throw at you.)

Cut the deck as you normally would. Then at the left hand side of your table begin laying cards down one on top of the other until you see an ace or reach thirteen cards in that pile. Once you reach an ace or the thirteenth card, start a new pile to the right and draw cards until you reach an ace or the thirteenth card again.....repeat this step one more time. You should have three piles....with Ace or thirteenth card on top.
3 Aces= Yes
2 Aces= Yes, but (the "but" is represented by the card on top of the remaining pile.)
1 Ace= No, but (the "but" is represented by the cards on top of hte remaining piles.)
0 Aces= No
A definite YES or NO must be taken as is and accepted. The "Yes, but" and "No, but" answers indicate ways of turning the situation around or insuring your client's preferred response.

Here's a quick little spread that I worked out on Samhain a few years ago. It works best around that time or the time of the waning moon.
1 2 3 <---- These cards are face down.
4 5 6 <---- These cards are face up.
The face down cards represent the hidden messages that the spirits about you (or a particular spirit) are trying to pass on to you. The face up cards are the more obvious messages, some times they can also represent your current state and the face down ones represent the current status of your relationship with the spirit world.
It is possible to have a conversation with those who have passed on by using this spread. It takes a bit longer then just a verbal conversation, but it helps if you're not very good at clairaudiance (hearing what goes on on the Other Side).
A variant of this spread that I've used is just to voice what you want to say and start pulling cards off the deck. Intuitively, you'll know when they've finished their reply and when to voice the next question. It's best to shuffle between replies, or at least that's what I've found.

I've struggled with the various love spread that are out there until I finally gave up and decided to listen to the guide of mine that tends to suggest impossible messes and call them tarot spread. Surprisingly this one is very accurate.
1 2
3 4 5
6 7
8 It's supposed to be a heart, but most of the time, I have been prompted to put them out in a more linear fashion, so it looks like a squished heart (as a few friends of mine have said).
The first and second cards represent each person in the relationship. The third card shows what the first person is seeking. The fourth card shows the current state of the relationship. The fifth card shows what the second person is seeking. The sixth card shows how the needs of the first person and the current state of the relationship are interacting. The seventh card is the same, but for the second person. The eighth card is the future status of the relationship.
This spread works well for an established couple. It also will give an indication of the type of person that a single individual may be looking for and what type of relationship they should be trying to find or will be in during the near future.
Most of the time, the future status card tends to go about three months out. I've very rarely had one that goes farther then that.

Something that will add an interesting variety to your spreads is using the spreads that are for different divination tools (i.e. runes).
While some spreads are virtually identical (3-card spread & asking the Norns, for example), some work a little differently and make for very interesting readings. I've had some rather interesting results with using various configurations that have been used in geomancy. Generally, the spreads that I used based off of runic spreads work quite well, and are much more direct in their answers the most of my other spreads.
Also, you can try throwing cards in a pattern that is close to various things that have meaning, like letters, elemental glyphs, planetary symbols, or something else of the like. The trick that I've noticed is that you need to be closely attuned to your cards and very aware of what your intuition tells you about the reply they give you.
Of course, I'm also a heavily intuitive reader when it comes to any of my divination tools. :)

I got this one from a friend of mine a few weeks ago. :)
7 3 8
6 1&2 5
10 4 9
Card 1: querant
Card 2: situation (crossing querant)
Card 3: earth influences (vertically above 1 &2)
Card 4: fire influences (verticaly below 1&2)
Card 5: air influences (vertical, placed at right of 1&2)
card 6: water influences (vertical, placed at left of 1&2)
Card 7: passing/coming home influence (diagonal @ right of 3)
card 8: passing/coming environment influences (diagonal @ left of 3)
Card 9: passing/coming relationship influences (diagonal @ left of 4)
card 10: passing/coming external inflencse (diagonal @ right of 4)
If the card is reversed at 7 or 8, read as though it is direct; it will be a coming influence.
If the card is reversed at 9 or 10, read reversed; it is a passing influence.
