Here comes some Witch Medicine on the fives... (from the same book as before)

Five of coins/pentacles:
Stone meditation
Find yourself a stone, any stone, with the size of an ostrich egg. Lay down, place the stone on your belly, over your belly button... Make your breaths sound like the ocean. Let your breathing get relaxed and soft. Relax your entire body and keep taking deep breaths.
All the pain that is in your belly, all anxiety, stress, worry, fears etc you breath out and into the stone through your belly button. When you breath in, you take in the calm relaxing and firm power of the stone. Breaht out stress and worry, breath in the calm power. Keep doing this until you feel that the worries, pains etc have lost its grip, they have left you and your belly now feels soft and warm again, no tensions there anymore.
Relax and keep breathing for as long as you wish for afterwards. When you are done, cleanse the stone by rinsing it with water... see how all the negative feelings that recently were in your belly are letting go and getting rinsed away from the stone and off with the water and out to the ocean, where the ocean will take care of those feelings and turn them into love... After you have rinsed the stone it is as good as new again and you may put it somewhere for safe keeping to be taken out when you need it the next time. Don't forget to thank the stone, the water and yourself. It is done!

Five of cups:
The next new moon take a crystal (one that has been cleansed with some salt water). Go somewhere outdoors hold the crystal up to the moon. Ask the moongoddess to help you letting love come into your life, ask her to help you open your mind so that you can see all of loves faces around you in your life. Note how your crystal absorbs the power of the new moon and your wish. Wrap the crystal into a piece of silk or some other fabric. Treat the crystal with respect and be loving and caring towards it. When you get home, place the crystal somewhere where you can see it often, in a central place in your home. Seeing the crystal there will help you remember your wish. It is done!

Five of swords:
Making a little "worry bag"
Make yourself a little bag out of green fabric, make it about the size of your palm. Decorate it with feathers and pearls if you like. Hang it in your bedroom on the right side of the door. And every night while brushing your teeth think back and try to remember the things that have worried you during the day. Write it down on a piece of paper, and put it in the little bag. You can also write down your fears and put them in the bag. When the moon is full it is time to empty the bag. Look through all the notes you have written and burn them one by one. Transform your worry and your fears with the help of the fire, through the smoke you send a prayer of healing from your fears and worries. It is done!

Six of wands:
Rainbow meditation
Meditate that you are a rainbow (use the colors of your chakras if you wish..) When that is done sit quietly and listen to the different arguments concerning your conflict, listen to everything everyone has to say... (now you don't have to invite all the different parties over to talk, just remember to yourself what everyones opinion is...). The sleep on it. Ask help from your dreams, to find a healing and enlightening solution for all involved. Meditate the rainbow again the next morning, thank your dreams (wheter or not you remeber them, just know that the solution is there, inside you). It is done!

As for meditating yourself being a rainbow, it is rather easy. If you wish you can use a chakra meditation. I prefer to do it that way. It is done like this:
You either start from the top of your head, or with your root chakra, I usually start with the root chakra. So at your root chakra visualize red, cleanse the area if necessary (let some crystal cleanse it and rinse out old negative feelings that might be stuck there). When you are surrounded by red, send some of the energy out, out into your aura... then move up, towards the next chakra. The color here is orange, like an orange. Have a "bite" at an orange, let the orange color fill your chakra (cleanse it with crystal if necessary) and let some of the orange color out into your aura to make a second colorful layer there. Next is the solar plexus and the color yellow. Cleanse the chakra if necessary. And then take the sun into your chakra. Let the sun fill your belly and send some of its color out to make a third layer in your aura... Now move your attention up a bit, to your heart. The color here is green, fill your heart with the loving feeling and the color green. Cleanse the chakra if necessary. Take a second to send some love off to someone who needs it and then let the color green flood out from your heart and make a layer in your aura. Move up towards your neck, the color is turquoise, cleanse the chakra if necessary and let your neck be surrounded (and with the turquoise color.
Now it is time for your third eye. The color is deep blue. Cleanse the chakra and visualize a blue spiral in your third eye. Send some of its color out to make a layer in your aura. Finally your dream eye, on top of your head is your crown chakra, the color here is purple. Cleanse it and fill your dream eye with purple. Let some of its color out like a fountain and make a layer in your aura.
Now activate your aura and chakras a little extra by thinking and moving your attention through all your chakras as you breath. Let the colors make a spiral around you if you like. When it is done feel free to visualize yourself sprinkling some stardust or crystal or whatever around your aura to finish it off. It is done! Feel that you are now a rainbow!

Just been too busy to get back to you till now..
The stone meditation worked very well, I felt that it really wanted to help and take my stresses and worries away from me ~ I placed it outside in a plant pot afterwards as it wanted to release this excess bad energy back into the ground to heal...I think it would be really great if you take a look in Druids at Twigs lesson on Stones ;) maybe you can copy the meditation there too for everyone to see!
& Wow! the rainbow one was very powerful and extremley relaxing (I did this about ten mintues after the stone one) and saw quite vivid colours for my third eye, heart and crown chakra's! Ill use the rainbow image with Reiki from now on :D
