I do believe this qualifies as a tie with the worst cold I ever had about 4 years ago. :damncold: My throat sucks, my chest and sholders hurt from the gunk in my chest, coughing, headache, sinus congestion, fever, body aches. If you have the time, I'd really appreciate if you'd send some energy my way. I just really hope I am more back on my feet by tomorrow because I have tons of homework for college and I just hate being sick. Today is my dad's birthday and I had to stay home. I have been sleeping, sweating, shivering, and nose blowing all day.

My poor head!!! and body!!! I am not a good invalid. I whine. A lot. :damncold:

Actually I did Reiki on myself Friday evening and Saturday morning and I'm feeling a little better this evening than I did yesterday. Still sick, just not quite as miserable. I'll send you some Reiki energy too. :)

so what do you do with the reiki thing? I have heard of it but am not sure exactly what you do. Regular old energy coming your way though! ;)
