How to see?

I know there are many people here who can see ghosts/spirits. Some claim that it is a curse or a bad thing while others take it as a gift.
I want to be more open to things like this...seeing. I have seen things as a child that I still remember to this day.
What can a person do who feels closed off, to open up to seeing more? I know I can, I just really need to find a way to open up.
Do you think this can even be done in the first place?

Well it depends on the day you ask me. Somedays I really enjoy it and think how lucky I am to have it. On other days I wish it would just go away and I won't have to look anymore. Most days are good days. As far as people wanting to see them when they can't right now, I am sorry but I have no idea who this could be done. From what I've heard its either something your born with or not. Its one of those things that can not be taught unless the person has the ability to begin with.

Actually contacting your loved ones can still attract others -some are lost souls (mainly sucides or people who died suddenly who see a your light and in the confusion come to you) but you can also get ones who appear in the form of your loved ones trying to trick you. whenever a spirit comes to you make sure it feels right and that they are dressed right. Whilst spirits may choose to look younger than they were at the time of their passing and will be healed from anything they were suffering from they won't suddenly wear different style clothes or act differently. spirit can appear in any form they choose (and create a whole world around them by just thinking it) but they will appear to you as you would know them.

As for opening up to them - hold photos of them whilst you try to contact them, and lift your vibration by singing especially songs that they loved. Be aware of little things at first - a slight breeze, something touching you, something in the room falling ove. Most spirits won't show themselves at first as although people say they want to contact spirit it still makes people jump the first time they see a ghost and that can cause physical pain to you (although probably nothing serious -still enough to hurt) as your vibration suddenly drops and your body has to realign itself. With loved ones I think the most important aspect of seeing and talking to them is to enjoy it -try laughing before you contact them again its just a way to raise your vibration level to meet theirs

Hi, I have to tell u my own bias about such things: don't open your Divine Eye until you r ready for it. From what I can tell, many people online (usually from 'Western' countries it seems) are keen to open up what they term the "3rd Eye".

It actually important to open all the chakras not just the third eye. Energy should flow, if it enters the third eye and hits a block at the next chakra you have a problem (Although the crown chakra should be only partial opened unless extremely extremely experienced otherwise you will end up with information overload and end up with serious mental trouble)

You won't see many angels - simple because true angels (as oppose to guides and such) and a different job/duty and so are busy elsewhere -but you can meet some very enlightened people/spirits.

Actually if you want to learn more about the third eye it is worth studying the third eye of a snake which is more active on a physical level than humans

I'd say everyone has serveral guides -as when you go to school you have different teachers for different subjects so you have different guides to teach you different things.

Some people do refer to spirit guides as guardian angels although personally I see the differance is a guide guides you (gives advice etc) an angel takes direct action (especially in life or death moments)

Maybe you have to somehow demonstrate a willingness to the spirit world that you wish to be contacted or wish to be a channel. I don't know, just a feeling I have. It wasn't until a couple of years ago that I saw my first ghost in Savannah. I wasn't expecting it or even wishing for it, it happened. Maybe it was because I brought one back with me that sensed my belief in them or my sorrow for them and she wanted to show me something. But maybe there's a difference between seeing them and communing with them.

I couldn't tell you how to do it, for me it just happens.
In this order they have come to me.

1) Feeling them. (being that I feel them first. [these feelings vary depending upon the spirit.])

2) Hearing them. (Having them speak to me, or hearing them speaking about something that has nothing to do with me. [like they are acting out, or speaking to someone else.])

I've also had a few times when I've just been speaking to the spirit of a loved one, and hear them speak to me, and if your not really paying attention, they can sound like the breeze in the trees, or the sound of a bird's song (or something else that is a normal-everyday sound.).
Not sure if that makes sense, but that's how it's happened, just remember not to doubt yourself, when you know what you hear, and want to second guess yourself.

3) Seeing them. (Sometimes this can appear to be wisps of smoke, or cloudy looking stuff [Sometimes the wisps are just wisps, sometimes they have form], sometimes it can be seen as shadows [though it is possible that the shadows are something else...])

First of all...I apologize immensely for not having a good link to provide for you. I guess the communication thing differs from person to person. I'm sure different thinks work for different people. I've spoken aloud and used meditation/telepathy to communicate with such beings.

As for the 'housing'...yeah, I'd suggest an object such as a statue, amulet, picture, whatever you see fit to house the beings. In my opinion, it helps the being to conserve it's energy and it has a place to 'rest' where you can recharge it if needed. Overall, just take care of them as you would a pet or something, in a way. You created them and you are responsible for them. Be specific about your tasks and be specific about the time of 'death' for the beings. Feel Free to ask more.

HOW TO CREATE AN ARTIFICIAL ELEMENTAL

First
You need to determine the purpose and color for your elemental.
Apple green is a good starter, it stands for strong vitality, so it would be a good choice for general purposes. (Since you are using your aura energy to construct this you’ll need an aura color chart.. I’ll post one of these too)

Second
You need to decide on a form for your elemental,
It could simply be a basic shape, cloud or outline.
Or something more complex, like an animal
A cloud or a sphere is a good for starters

After these things are decided it is time to create it.
While they can be created through ritual, visualization is the favored simple method to use.

It may be more helpful to do this visualization in a dark room -

Enter a meditative state,
Tune into the energy in your body and aura.
Feel each rhythmic breath pulling in energy from the air and pooling it at your center.

When you’re feeling this, and it is time to move on, begin charging yourself up.
After a few minutes when you are charged begin directing a concentration of energy to the point you wish it to exit,
(for instance you may choose to use your hands and form it between your palms, or maybe you would rather use your eyes or 3rd eye to shoot it to a certain spot before you) whatever method you can think of that feels right to you is the best to use.

As the energy moves to the exit spot, think of the elemental you are about to create, infuse the energy coursing through you with the proper emotions and intent.
When you feel the exit point charged and ready to open, unleash the energy on a focal point you wish the Elemental to form at.

Intensely visualize the colored shape you decided on glowing before you for several minutes getting brighter and denser, coming to “life”.
Know that it is now there.
Then end the visualization by beginning to try and communicate telepathically with it. Assign it the task you picked and it’s pretty much at your disposal now.

This artificial elemental is part of you; it carries your subconscious attitude, and is tightly linked to you. It is only able to do things that you think it can. It is merely a part of your personality that is existing detached from it’s source. Therefore the results you have with one are dependant upon, and limited by, your personal beliefs and will.

Also, It is important to note it is better to not use an elemental you create for aversive magick. They become nasty creatures that are hard to get rid of. If you create one of them by accident, you’ll need to force it to re-absorb back into your energy source, or sometimes it can be exorcised

I have shared my home with many spirits they seem to feel "safe" with me, I have never had any problems from them, once I spoke to my best friends Mother shortly after she died and she gave me words of comfort for her daughter, and advice on my own life, the veil between the living and dead world is thin with me, I see things before they are on our plane and after, I have seen all my children before they were born, and my own brothers and sisters as well. I have some photos as well,my own Grandmother, the one who taught me of my gift I have a photo at her funeral after they buried her she was kind enough to show herself on my camera film. So sorry to hear about your friend.

Do u believe in rebirth/reincarnation? Do u think your friend wants to move on to the next world? Or, is she waiting for you?

Hi, I am curious about something as I have no personal experience communicating with spirits ( I think, hehe).

Have these spirits ever told u what happens after physical death of a human being?
Is it heaven? Hell? Some other dimension? Rebirth in one of the possible realms (eg heaven, hell, earth, negative plane, etc)? Will these spirits get reincarned or reborn someday in another form, when it is time for them to move on?

Spirit guides and gatekeepers are unfamilar territory for me. In your opinion, does everyone have one? Or must a person actively seek one out? Is a spirit guide the same as a guardian angel?

spirit guides everyone has one/several
i have several and i work with them. others subconciously work with them with out knowing or there guides work behind the scenes just to help out. spirit guides just guide and advise you gatekeepers protect you and do not let spirits communicate with you unless agreed and gaurdian angels i believe are diferent alltogether
