Reading for a new business venture

I have two very big business situations happening right now. I've started a Mary Kay business, and I am searching for an Interior Design internship for this comming summer. I've always been a little aprehensive about "entering the real world" and these are two big stepps into it. Any advice on either topic would be greatly appreciated.
