Probably not... Unless tripping down a flight of stairs counts. (I do that too often to count -> sigh <- )

Nope, only because my immediate family as well as Eshallet's all live within 10 miles of us.
I really REALLY want to get out to Colorado though. My dearest friend is stuck out there for just under a year and I haven't seen him in 3. I miss sooooooo much. But I think I'm gonna head out after the holidays, so I don't tick off any family. They tend to get uppity about missing holidays and such.

I wish! Well, maybe not. I like being close to home and family during the holidays.
But I have a friend who's traveling to the Galapagos, and I am quite jealous! I just don't have the funds for that sort of thing right now...

I'm not, but I should. My step-daughter is flying to Germany for a couple weeks. My husband and I have the house to ourselves! It's going to be weird without the racket of the squirt.

No, and I am really bummed. We were supposed to be in Disney from Dec 1-8. We decided in Oct after the first "High Alert" to postpone til May. Just to give the airlines and Disney some time to get things better organized and all. I would have gone if it were just me and hubby, but here was no way I felt comfortable putting my kids on a plane. And now we are on "High Alert #3" so I am a bit more ok with our decision.
So we rescheduled for May 4-11-- only 5 months away. *sigh*
Heck- at least I have a healthy family who is able to go on vacation at all after the 11th...I know that is much better than 5000 other families. :(:(:(

I just hope I'll be able to go "home" for the holidays...I've been trying so hard to find a job where my love lives so I could move up there, and it just isn't happening... So I'll probably make the 10-hours drive yet again...

Yes! Finally, I get to go on a vacation!
I'll be driving, but only because I don't need to fly. ;)
I'm going to be heading up to the mountians to learn how to snowboard. *finally*
If it's anything like skiing, I'm doomed.

As much as I'd love to surprise the strictly Mormon stepfamily by flying in via broom...I'm afraid I'll have to leave the good ol' broom in the closet. Shucks.
We're flying to Utah to see my step family *sigh* But then we get to go to Arkansas to see my real family! Yeehee!!
Hoping everyone the best this holiday season and happiness that goes along with it, and the best happiness to go along with that bestness and happiness and a lot of happiness to be best for you while you're happy...uh...ahem... :D Eeh...
Happy holidays everyone! :p
