Ouija Reconstruction

I have a Futz Ouija board circa 1925-30. (wooden, corner cut version). I aquired this peice of history because the person who had it said it was evil. has had evil run through it regularly and has created almost deadly havoc on the family. (Unclesare good for that ) lol. Anyway i do not had the pointer and would like to reconstruct the original but can not seem to find anyone who has the dimensions, wood type, intricate things i need to make it right.
I am hoping y'all could help me on this one

guess youve tried all the searches for it on the search engines?
& have you looked up futz? ~ to fool around!

Was the ex owner a pagan/believer?
Im not sure if my nerves would get the better of me and I wouldnt want to delve into an object with evil in its name.. but thats just careful me :)

I am daring in some matters. But when it comes to spiritual matters I do tread lightly and cautiously. I did however cleanse the board itself. and did feel a presence that was not evil in the truest sense but just chaotic.
As far as I know he did was not a pagan. I do know that he was a german immegrant, who in himself was a mean character.
I never had thought of just looking up futz. I have tried about everything else though.

I've know people to use a shot glass instead of the lil mover thingy....lol;) :rolleyes: :D

Ive heard that too, but you have to cleanse the glass before and after and some say smash the glass to disperse the energy.. but again Im not so sure...

This is why I like this MW community so much. All kinds of great ideas, advise, and thoughts.
I was always under the impression that a board was mated with its planchette, ( the lil moving thingy) . I found a site or two on how to make your own and it states that if you are going to build one yourself that you get the wood from the same tree, board and the planchette.
In your experiences i am getting that it really does not matter what device you use (within reason) you will acheive the same effect. Or am i way off base here.

I think so :) As long as its light (glass, light wood) and will stay in place unless moved by the spirit/energies.
Ive heard of using a glass before or a coin.
I guess you could even design and make a wooden pointer if you wanted to, this would make it more personal to you, and to the board!

I made a board once. I never got around to makeing the pointer. I was fun though. I put alot of my personal energy into it . I'll have to make a new one.
I'm more into reading the tarot though , never got too much from the ouji :boing:

Hmmm, the shot glass idea is great.

I've had friends who have used those caps you find on bottles of orange juice and such. If you have something that cuts nice you can make it a pointy shape. Just paint it, and you're off. it's nice and small, so it doesn't slide off the board when you go to the bottom of it.
