I had a massive heart problem in July 2000. Since then i felt spiritually dead or at least on my knees ready to fall over. I was very active energy wise and spiritually.
Now the knowledge I possess and ways to build myself back up is mute. Nothing seems to help.
I listen to my vehicle(body) it does tell me things to do and not to but there almost seems someone or something wants me to stay dorment for a time.
I am not myself since then.
Has anyone had the same ecperience or can lend a hand to jump start this soul in moth balls?

Hi Treeworker!

I don't know what you used to do spiritually so I'll make a few suggestions blind here. Do you meditate? Maybe try doing that in small amounts? If you can, sit outside by a tree & just feel the energies of nature around you. Feel the connection of you and the Spirit, feel the wind, the texture of the tree bark. Don't do too much right away. Take a couple of minutes each day to do this & extend it longer if you feel ready. There are some short meditations posted in some of the other forums. If you're interested, I can see if I can bump them up for you.

Most importantly, don't be discouraged and don't over do things right away. :)
