The last Quarter Moon, which will culminate at 11:53 PST on Dec. 7th will be at 15* 47' Sagittarius (Tropical) or 21* 01' Scorpio ( Sidereal Zodiac). The Sun will also be conjunct Pluto and Mercury during this particular Quarter Moon. And since the sun is approaching the prophetic point for this month's Sidereal Solar Ingress, that it is suspected the alignment of these 4 (Sun, Moon, Pluto, and Mercury) will bring about a bit of news that will have international significance, very possibly from 146* West longitude or 13* East longitude.
Sun to Pluto aspects are generally beneficial as they often denote a time of self discovery, and going on one's own initiative, regardless of the opinions from any peers. It often occurs in the charts of thos who begin their own entrapreneuralbusinesses. And the Sun to Mercury conjuncion as usual, brings about a time of publicized information.
