Hello friends. I have been through two failed marriages, and am on my third marriage. hopefully this one will survive. Normally, one expects the husband to change after marriage. So can any one explain why the father in law is the one doing the changing? Why does he suddenly feel it is okay to act out, and even run around in front of me without a shirt on? Goodness, he is in his 60's and acting like a teenager! I told him off at their last visit here, and I hope this stops. All the mess started after my hubby and I got married about six months ago now. Anyway, it does have me depressed and moody these days. I can barely concentrate.
My young business isn't doing too well either. Actually, it is totally stagnant. Any good thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Hey there!

It's hard when parents come in between a relationship. I'm not sure what your father-in-law is doing exactly but it definitely has you very upset. I'm sorry for that. Is your father-in-law suddenly more comfortable now that you're family in his eyes? What does your hubby think of his behavior? Is it normal?
I'd talk to your hubby about it. Hopefully he will understand and have a chat with his dad.
As for your business, have you tried advertising here? Also, we have auctions as well. Perhaps you can ask some of the others on the forum that have businesses what they do to advertise.

I'm also not sure what your father-in-law is up to. But whatever it is, don't let it get to you. He isn't your responsibility. You married your husband --isn't that relationship what matters?
Personally, I'm all for elderly men getting skyclad and running around. That's just me. :bigblue: Surely there is something deeper if it has you feeling so down. Does your father-in-law live with you?
Good luck for your business!

Energies for you. I often feel where you are right now. Try doing something small for yourself and regenerate those batteries! :hugz:
