if you are really astral projecting somewhere? I've been trying excercises from D.J. Conway's "Flying without a broom." I've supposedly met my astral teacher. But how do I know it's just not my imagination making things up? :ugh:

I ask the same thing when i have any kind of psychic occurrence, which sounds nuts.....

i mean, when you see ghosts, hear things that others don't hear....and feel things others don't feel.....it does make you think you are going crazy

I don't know if you can, Artemis...you just have to trust what you are seeing (and if you want to get really technical, your mind IS making up what it sees). And also, trust that what you are seeing is an image made not just by your mind, but by your spirit as well. I can't give you anything else than that...I'm afraid my astral travelling experience is not much better....
