Lemon Balm is used for treating headaches, colds, and nervous or upset stomaches. It is also used in spells to bring success and inhealing spells. It is also used inspells to find love and friendship.I can't remember the others, but I think cammomile has something to do with colds also. :D

Chamomile is a relaxant as mol suggests. It is good for stress related problems... nervous stomach, menstral cramps etc.

It is also good if used externally for skin irritations and hemorrhoids. You can use it as a mouth wash for tooth aches as well.

Caution should be used with chamomile as it may cause an allergic reaction, especially in those allergic to daisies (it is in the same family).

The only use for dill I know of, aside from making pickels, is to sooth an upset stomach.

Good for relieving gas, or even colic in young children, though moderation should be taken.

Hope this information helps...

Well i wish i had known that a few weeks ago when I had to make an emergency dentist appointment to have a tooth pulled. To think I could have saved myself a little pain...or maybe used less pain pills!! i will keep it in mind next time though. Thank you ol wise one!!

LOL! You are not missing the boat, mol!

Dill comes in several forms, weed, seed oil and powder. All of which are derived from the same flowering weed.

It has MANY culiary uses and a few magickal ones. We use dill on Imbolc to promote mothers milk, because it was thought to promote mothers milk at one time (still is in come cultures). We use it symbolically on Imbolc...

Wanna hear something funny? In the middle ages, dill weed was used to ward off witches.

Just an interesting fact, I think.

The herb Dill Weed can be used when making gris gris bags or sachets for Wisdom and Mental Powers.
Like Dill, Mace, Mustard Seed and Sage and a fingernail or lock of hair. The herbs to help with the working of the magick and the nail or hair to bind it to yourself or who ever your are trying to do the work for. Atleast i have found that combo of herbs very useful for myself ;)

Gris gris bags are voodoo sachets. They are used to bring something to the bearer (luck, love, whatever). They are widely known more recently as mojo bags, charm bags or luck sachets...

No pedistils here. You have nothing to live up to except your good self...that is the part I look forward to cherishing.
So for the begining conversation...I have noticed that everyone on this site has their one thing (if you will), for instance, mine I think at this point is healing. What would you consider yours?
Blessings.
