A friend of mine is looking for an herb that you can wash someone's clothes in to help aid their desire to leave. Do you know what this would be?
She was told Rue... and I have been unable to find any information on anything specific regarding this. Any help would be appreciated!

The technical stuff (http://www.botanical.com/botanical/mgmh/r/rue---20.html).
In Stregha it's used in a charm to keep the wearer safe. I only know of it as a protective herb, sorry.

Hmm..
I don't think that's it then.
The closest thing I found is Red Pepper... and that just seems odd to me.
Would you have any suggestions?

I've read that turnips can aid in sending someone away, like an unwanted suiter. I don't know if you'd want to wash their clothes in turnip juice though.

My friend actually found what she was looking for. :) I'll ask her again and let you all know...
Thanks for taking the time to look though!

It is Rue, and it's a special voodoo clothing wash that they are thinking of. You can find it in with things like Black Water, War Water, etc at a metaphysical store.

Nope, its not rue. (see post #2)
Its ajenjible.
You are supposed to brew a tea and THEN wash their clothes in it.

While that may be true, rue is used as I said. It just might not be what you were thinking of.

Patchouly leaves are good for driving away troublemakers if it means anything.

I think I might have use for this herb. I just have no idea how to get a piece of the person's clothing. :p
