This necklace was given to me by my mother. I asked her what was the meaning of that symbol, and she said she didn't know, but she said that a swedish man once gave it to her as a gift.
We both agreed that this is surely a pagan symbol (as you can see, it looks like there is a horn on both sides, like the Devil or something), but not sure what kind of. She thought it's something Norse/Swedish. It does remind me a bit about the symbol of the Asatru path.
I've never seen this kind of symbol before. And I can't find anything about it on the internet, I don't even know what I should type for search.
So.. does anyone have any idea what symbol this could be?

It does not honestly appear to contain any symbols of significane to my eyes, but rather is simply a piece of jewelry.

Oh, ok. Well, I was just curious. Actually I was thinking before maybe it's just a piece of jewelry, lol.

Maybe someone else will see in it something I do not. [shrugs]

Sorry but I don't really see anything significant in it either.

I don't think that it is any particular symbol but that doesn't mean that you can't use it as such. If it feels protective then bless it for protection, connection to a deity or whatever else it could mean to you.

It appears to be an old-fashioned pendant. Pendants originally were a convenient way of holding things; holding magical things sometimes, but often practical things (some people think the original pendant was a way for a woman to wear her spindle).
This one might be a glasses-holder (you slip one stem through the loop).

The circle at the top and the attached horny thing might be an abstraction of the Troll Cross, one of the only things related to Asatru I could find having any resemblance to your pendant.

Very close, but without the complete circle I'm skeptical.

True. In the Troll Cross, the circle is formed by overlapping the two ends of the material, with the ends curling in like horns. In the pendant, the circle and the horns aren't attached.
