My mother took too much insulin

mi mom accidentally took too much insulin. they are getting a counter effect thing. She is also getting off a bad antidepressent that has messed me up so I"m sure her imunity is down, as well as having bad sinuses. there is risk of diabetic coma. I don't think she'll be bad and I'm going to get the meds but just in case I would appreciate healing for my mother. thanks, ellen.

Sending energy! My mom is diabetic and I know how crucial insulin can be and how crucial the proper dose is. How is your mom today? Since you posted this yesterday I want to know if your moms doing ok.

Just saw this too. Hubby is diabetic, Type 1. he has gone into insulin shock several times. well, more thanseveral.
It sounds like she takes insulin for type 2?
Do you keepglucagon in the house? I have come close to using it on him, but thankfully never had too.

she seems to be doing ok today. I think she is type 2, its not juveinle diabetes My dad is too and a recent double amputee from it and ganggreen :(
