ok. so as sum of u probably know, i've been researching the Morrigan for awhile now and reading ALOT on her...also Kali, Persephone, and Inanna. but mostly the Morrigan since i feel very strongly attracted to her now. anyway, so i've been asking and really searching to reclaim some feminine strength in myself because...well, without going into details that i've probably already revealed somewhere here, i'm lacking alot of security/strength and i've been in this cycle of shame for awhile now. so...yeah i've really been looking for that. and like i said the Morrigan is really on my mind these days and i love everything she represents (plus i've always kinda been attracted to the whole irish/celtic culture/history thing without really knowing why)
so today after school was over, my friend gaelon and I (he's irish mixed with hungarian btw...interesting note) went to this old abandoned/closed down mall to take pictures (we're really into photography and the place is very dark and desolate looking so we thought it'd b a perfect place to shoot) and when it was over, i had to walk home. it was very empty and weird around there (a couple of girls have been "snatched up" around there and nearly raped a few times and....considering my past, i was pretty nervous about walking around there) so as i was walking, i saw this one crow flying and it circled me three times before landing in a tree and immediately 2 others went to the tree with it. then one of them started their calls and i just stood, watched, and listened...kind of praying i guess. then it got quiet again and i waited a little then walked on. a few blocks down i saw another fly past me. then still farther down 5 flew out from across the street to the side i was walking on and went in the trees somewhere (it actually might have been 6 cuz i saw 5 at one time and like 2 seconds later, one more came trailing behind). i was listening to my cd player as always but i turned it down to listen to their sounds. and i tried to figure out if maybe there was something i was meant to hear. then i started thinking "oh im crazy" lol and i turned my music back up. i walked a few steps and i heard a voice in my head say "listen" at the same time one of the crows called really loudly. so i stopped again and listened. i "felt" more than heard something like "i'm here" and i was like "is that her?" then after a few seconds of silence a car was coming so i started walking again and i turned my music up again and in the song i was listening to (Coheed and Cambria's new album "Good Apollo....") at that same moment Claudio was singing the part that goes "listen well, listen well" and the crows made sounds again. so i smiled confusingly like should i stay or go? i didnt know if it was actually a message or just their prescence i was supposed to ackowledge. or maybe nothing at all. idk. someone help! :)
