The caucasian male is Marco Borsato, a Dutch singer. He walks into a music store, where every cd is by Snoop Dogg. Marco wants to buy some music, but there's no choice. Thus he presumes that the store clerk will be Snoop Dogg, and yes, it turns out to be the case.

Snoop asks Marco: "And what can I do for you, pimp?"
Marco responds: "Die? Doe mij die maar..." (That one? I'd like that one please). Obviously Snoop doesn't understand a word and goes "Dooba... deema...".

In a follow-up commercial Snoop Dogg is seen dancing on his own singing, "Dooba, deema, dooba, deema".

This commercial is about the abundance of account choices a buyer has when using BelCompany as their phone service provider.
