my eyes have gone bazwacko

I was going to talk about this before.. Last time I made a psi ball(a week ago? or so) My eyes went all weird. They felt funny like there was some kind of pressure, kind of like when you close your eyes really hard? And then things started looking gold. This was at night, in the dark, and my hands started looking like they had gold moving around them, it was glowing...

Is this something magical, like seeing energy? Or do I just need to sleep more.. It was pretty cool either way.

What exactly do you do when you make psi balls?

Well... usually meditate a bit.. then I grow roots from my feet into the ground for grounding, put my hands together, and have some energy go into a ball? I haven't been doing this very long at all, so that's what I've done so far. I think I was trying to make one out of wind energy that time.

I think it sounds maybe more like you're seeing your aura, but that's just me. :)

I agree, it sounds like you're seeing an aura. When I shift to see auras my eyes feel like there's a presure behind them.
