I am becoming quite ill again, having trouble breathing again and the leg swelling is coming back. Going to Dr, tomorrow. But as I am unwell it is best I not inflict my feelings on anyone of you right now. I am so angry. I am tight sheilded and it almosts hurts. so I must bypass the Bunker. Will be back as soon as I can get a handle on myself. Just a coupleof days is all.

Shielding may not be the best answer, although I appreciate you not wanting to broadcast anything negative. Locking yourself in with icky stuff doesn't sound like such a good idea, it might be better to cleanse your aura (just sweep your hands over it) and then brush the icky stuff off for the Universe or Mother Earth to cleanse and recycle.

I'm sending healing energies and asking the gods to help your doctor understand what is happening to you, be sympathetic towards you, and help heal you. So mote it be.

I started some of the new meds. One is to help with pain and to help with sleep. But I woke up with a need to go and give energies tonight. so I did. It was a bit draining but felt right.

I should be ok to return to all of you here in 24 hours. Time enough to smooth out myself.
