Ryan Dobson is going to be doing a symposium (I think that's the right term) in Bismarck, I think it's tonight. (He's James Dobson's son, for those who know who that is...). I keep seeing the ad on tv, and it's disturbing to me because it looks to be one of those kind of "come to the altar call or burn in hell" kind of things, which can do so much harm to the young people they're trying to "save". For the kids that go seeking to ask JC into their lives, that's fine, but for the kids that get dragged there by their parents and then feel like they're bad or evil or something, that's the part that worries me.

Yeah that's true. I guess I over-reacted, because I remember being that kid and thinking there was something wrong with me, because I just couldn't commit to that narrow of a path.
